How can I stay informed about argos activities?

Do you organise activities for children and teenagers?
Yes, we organise monthly Family Days. Please keep an eye on our Publics page as well for other activities and workshops.

Can I enter with a museumPASSmusees?
Yes. You can buy the pass via www.museumpassmusees.be or on location at argos.

Is it possible to rent your space?
Yes, it is occasionally possible, depending on the planning of our public programme. Please contact info@argosarts.org, providing some general info (possible dates, the nature of the event, and a little something about yourself or your organisation).

How did argos start? Has it always been at the current location? Which position does the organisation hold today?

Am I allowed to take pictures of argos and your exhibitions?
Yes, we encourage you to share them on social media! Our hash tags are #argosbrussels and #argosarts. In exceptional cases when taking pictures is not allowed, we will inform you upon entering the space.

How can I volunteer or apply for a job at argos?
You can find all info about job postings and internships on our website.

Can I download your current logo?
Yes, please share our new identity, which was designed by the Brussels-based design team D-E-A-L! You can find it here.

How is argos financed?

argos receives structural support from the Ministry of the Flemish Community and the Flemish Community Commission. Other argos projects are supported by the City of Brussels, the Cultural Heritage Decree of the Flemish Community, the Flemish Audiovisual Funds, and others.

How can I visit the library?
Our library is open upon appointment only on weekdays 10:00-17:00. Please write library@argosarts.org to schedule an appointment.

How can I consult/watch the works from your collection?
You can view our collection on computers in the library. Please write library@argosarts.org to schedule an appointment.

If you find yourself at argos without an appointment, you can also browse and watch the works from our collection on a computer in the media annex(e) in our lobby-area.

Can I conduct research at argos for my studies?
Yes, our library and collection are an excellent platform for accommodating research. For more info go here.

Can I borrow books from the argos library?
Our books can only be consulted on site. Please write library@argosarts.org to schedule an appointment at the argos library.

I am looking for a specific work by a specific artist. How can I find out if the work is featured in the collection?
You can consult our database of works and artists in the collection here. If you would like to consult the library, please make an appointment via library@argosarts.org.

Can I show a work from your collection to my students?
Yes. If you would like to screen the work at argos, please contact library@argosarts.org. If you would like to screen it outside of argos, please contact distribution@argosarts.org.

How much does it cost to rent a film from distribution?
