With a gas flame on the background and while holding a cigarette, Delmotte talks to the viewer in French about different cities. He calls Montréal the little Paris of North-America and thanks Paris for its crossroads. Delmotte then proclaims that Brussels is a deaf city that will end up dying in tradition. He repeats his statements a few times and then he leaves the scene.
