In a montage of video stills, a video recording of several performances by Vergara’s alter ego 'Vlaamse Black' are shown. The video stills are from recordings of several performances in which Vlaamse Black is attending openings of galleries and museums and approaching people. He asks them the question "Art?", and, before they can respond, greets them with his hand on his heart: "Vlaamse Black". The stills are followed by a video recording of a performance of Vlaamse Black reading a letter aloud, while a second Vlaamse Black is holding the letter. Yaguine Koita and Fodé Tounkara are the 'Vlaamse Black's in this performance. In their letter, which is composed in strange, ponderous Dutch, they are asking the public for their support, help and love. The letter’s text is displayed.
