A short animation in an ongoing series of formal experiments that take instruction procedures and mechanical apparatus manuals as source material. Quick-cutting juxtapositions explore photographic instructions from SLR and Bolex manuals for taking the perfect picture and sequence in time. The obsessive nature of taking photographs culminates in a film of rapidly-fired still images to create animated sequences.
