Jean-François Fourtou et Henri Simons

Jean-François Fourtou is a French artist living in Madrid (ES) and Marrakech (MA). In 2006, he developed an exhibition in the shop-windows of the former Gallery Anspach in Brussels. Fourtou first speaks about this project and previous ones. Vergara then interviews Henri Simons, the Brussels chairman of the Culture Committee, who is explaining why they have chosen Jean-François Fourtou and how the collaboration worked. He explains the plans for the Centre of Contemporary Arts in Brussels, the future power station for the ’European Centre for Contemporary Art’.
