A journey in the infinity

Vergara is trying to follow and capture the cinematic movement of stars and planets. The act of drawing however, does not result in actual drawings. Though realizing the impossibility of ’fixing’ such reality, his attempt makes the artist aware of his own position: Vergara aspires to relate himself as an artist to realities in motion. This time, he applies this paradox, which characterizes Vergara’s entire oeuvre, to the cosmic images that can be experienced as sublime.
