“De Nederlandse Dagen” (“The Dutch Days”) was an exhibition with manifestations on Dutch-speaking cultures, held in the summer of 1968 the hall of the Palace for Fine Arts in Brussels (the former BOZAR). By adding well-chose interviews and critical analyses to the montage, Cornelis unveils the political positioning of the Flemish and Brussels cultural government by promoting the Dutch-speaking cultural field. By all means, Brussels has been the perpetual battleground between Dutch-speaking and French-speaking Belgians.
