Black and white images illustrate the term of office of the Spanish prime minister Felipe González Márquez, who was prime minister of Spain from the end of 1982 until 1996. With his brush, Vergara traces the cinematic images, while he and the images are behind a glass screen. Sometimes the brush moves across the glass, leaving paint sweeps behind. Vergara is intimating that he absorbs his paint from the cinematic images, to eventually leave it on the glass.
