BRUSSELS, ROOM WITH A VIEW

At dusk they show up by hundreds, maybe even a lot more. They fly from the left to the right, going up and then down again. Carried by the wind, they defy gravity. They float. Maybe there is a leader, a conductor, and the others know to follow him. The wind takes them everywhere, and together they make sculptures in the sky. Their performance is such a success one finally forgets they are birds, what is left is a cloud of black dots. Contrary to the big white ones, that remain static in the picture, this cloud is playful and unpredictable.
