At the beginning and end of the movie, ’O Superman’ by Laurie Anderson is heard. As his alter ego Straatman, Vergara applies similar strategies to those used in Peinture radiophoniqe numéro 1 (2005): the images have been digitally bleached and while drawing, Straatman is being inspired by an auditive media fragment about an artist.
