Over a number of passages a complementary combined action is explored between spoken texts (various voices) and images. Trivial observations are supplied with a context, which invites the viewer to let sensorial experience, the sensual, prevail over the need for a logical story. The series of ’formules’ are attempts to get a grip on reality. The quiet and intimate film invites us to learn how to see, hear, feel… all over again; or to use a quote from the film: "… to learn how to ride a bike again, for instance.
