'De zanger Demodokos' returns to the basics of our culture. In a short meditation about the role of text and music, of seeing and blindness, Jan Vromman evokes the blind singer from Homer - the darling of the muses. In this touching short film the blind Tcha Limberger sings the Homer's text, and plays Kris Defoort's music on clarinet. "The worst crime man commits is against himself. He doesn't look, he devices himself".
