LABEL_WORK_DESCRIPTION
This satirical work is based on the wording of regulations, the regulations and vocation of a European news/TV station, presented as a paragon of the predominant power of our day and age, the power of information. An operetta hostess sings the words of the regulations in the midst of the pages which are hysterically displayed ‘sync to music’--a piece of electronic music (played by the composer) inspired by European national anthems, it too with a dash of wit.

The hijacked use of a Chyron character processor, a cumbersome professional machine of the day, which was used to title television, made this exacerbated musical teletext composition possible.
